Q. What is TheDoujin?

A. Oh, why thank you for asking! TheDoujin is an imageboard dedicated 100% to doujinshi. If you have no idea what doujinshi are, they are essentially fan made manga. In our case usually adult.

Q. What is with all the ads?

A. We are funded fully by advertisements. We need to earn money to do simple things like being up the next day for you, to harder things such as adding in new features and hardware.

Q. Can I add a doujinshi?

A. At this time we do not allow that directly. You may upload doujinshi to the site, but you will have to wait for it to be approved before it will appear on the site. This feature is still in the works, so approving is not yet available for the administration.

Q. What do I do to view a "doujinshi"?

A. Click "Browse Doujin" up there and you will be able to view our whole collection. Otherwise you can think of a word that may describe what particular fetish you have and want to feed. For example: "thighhighs schoolgirl -futanari" will show doujin tagged with thighhighs, schoolgirl and omit any penis embodied girls.

Q. Can I block your ads? They annoy me.

A. While I do not really care, it will affect how the site operates. Seriously. I will not be able to pay for anything related to the site, including staff.

Q. How can I help?

A. Adding tags to doujinshi, rating them as you read them, reporting abusive users, spam, or overall rude conduct, is a good place to start. If you want a job, contact an admin and we will see what can be done.
